LAYOUT

Our designers use cutting-edge software such as AutoCad and Solid Edge for every product development stage: 3D drawing, simulation, manufacturing, data management, etc.

Where possible, creating realistic 3D models enables us to design the product faster and assist with the entire manufacturing process.

PROGRAMMING

Using G-code programming language and Striker metal sheets machining CAD software, we program the 3D drawings, once ready, for manufacturing.

CUTTING

Our hydraulic and mechanical cutting machine perfectly recreates the product parts and provides protection against cutting spatter. The machine tailor cuts metal sheets of multiple thickness in your desired shapes and sizes.

PUNCHING

Ensuring superior working accuracy, our hydraulic punching machine punches different shapes: square, round, rectangular, oval or any custom shape upon request.

FORMING

Even if stainless steel is not easy to mould, we can match it your exact needs. With its lengthening and strain hardening behaviour, it can be shaped in many ways to just about any requested form.

DEBURRING

Deburring is a finishing technique used to remove all built-up tread resulting from stainless steel moulding.

DRILLING

Just like we can punch all types of shapes of any thickness and size, we can drill any holes to fit your needs. The drilled hole can then be used to insert a link unit to assemble two parts.

of professionals

TAPPING

By means of a cutting tool called a tap, we form internal threads in a hole in which a screw or any other part with complementary coupled threads is meant to be inserted.

COUNTERSINKING

Countersinking is performed to remove stainless steel chips to enlarge the rim of a hole so that a given part can be perfectly inserted.

BENDING

Since we mainly work with metal sheets, we need a high-end computer-assisted control hydraulic press. This machine offers several permanent bending angles for a-few-millimeter-thick sheet.

of professionals

ROLLING

To get large-diameter tubes of different shapes, we use a technique called rolling. We roll metal sheets into round, oval, conical or polycylinder tubes, or even in open shapes.

WELDING

To guarantee high-quality welds, we use multiple techniques that result in a precise, secure and quick part assembly, such as TIG or spot welding or even Nelson stud welding depending on the type of product as well as the intended application.

ASSEMBLY

When parts need to be attached, we accurately and precisely assemble them to ensure perfect result.

PACKING

Once assembled, the product needs to be packed with extreme care to make sure it remains intact and prevent damage during transportation.

POLISHING AND FINISHING

Stainless steel has a thin protective layer that can be altered for your specific needs and the foreseen application. To produce a given surface finish, we use multiple machines like a belt-polishing machine, a straight grinder, etc.

Efficientdesign and reverse engineering

Recreating the stainless steel part, product or work station that you need calls for a thorough plan and physical product assessment to ensure our full understanding of how it works and what it is used for. This established reverse engineering procedure helps us to design and recreate your product with accuracy. With the specifications you give us, we create the required 3D drawings for the manufacturing stages.

Research& development

We strongly believe that research and development is just as essential as manufacturing the end-use product. Every technology, every technique we use has been rigorously monitored beforehand. This way, we are sure to constantly work with the most efficient and optimal design software as well as assembly and manufacturing process.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

We guarantee your full satisfaction even when our design and manufacturing work is completed.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all the products we make. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. Should anything happen during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product, free of charge.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

There are multiple grades of stainless steel ideal for distinct environments. The certificate of authenticity is a guarantee that your product is made of specific stainless steel. It also certifies the exact percentage of every stainless steel element. This way, you are sure that your product is made of the perfect material for the intended application.

The certificate of authenticity also confirms that your product was treated with a passivation or electropolishing technique, if needed, to improve its resistance to corrosion.

Broad after-sales support for your fullsatisfaction. FIND OUT MORE
